FOCUS Youth Media Partnership was formed by Columbia University Graduate Students Charlotte Glynn and Wendy James. The mission of the project is to introduce young people in the fall of 2009. Our mission is to introduce young people in the communities surrounding Columbia University to filmmaking. The in-school program is facilitated by film Graduate Students at the University. The 15-week program focuses on video production and media literacy, culminating with a screening of the students' films.
